Hi My name is actually Mary but my user name is Suzyhomaker. I have been crocheting for about 2 years and really starting to enjoy it now. I think I am starting to know what I am doing finally. I have just recently joined a crochet club in my area and we are in the process of joining The Crochet Guild. I also have worked with beads and have made some jewelry but I have enjoyed the crocheting more than the beading. I starting the beading and crocheting after I became disable from work. I had worked as a computer operator for 17 years and then started having neck problems. I then had to have 2 neck operations and then one thing led to another and now I have problems with my back so I am unable to work. I am glad I am enjoying crocheting because at times my days can be pretty boring. That is my story about how my craft days started. I know it probably sounds pretty boring. I am looking forward to meeting new friends on the website.
