    Book Giveaway: Show it Off!

Monday, March 17, 2008, 07:53 AM EST [Featured Book]

Calling all scrapbookers and papercrafters! Are you ready to put your talent on display? I’m very excited to announce the release of the newest Memory Makers book, Show it Off!

Show it Off! gives you great tools and inspiration to go beyond the boundaries of your scrapbook pages and create projects you can display around your home. Each chapter provides tons of innovative, out-of-album project ideas--like collage frames, clocks, shadow boxes, mini albums, boxes and photo cubes--and step-by-step instructions for several techniques. Plus, many of the projects are popular album sizes, letting you easily adapt the ideas to create traditional scrapbook layouts.

In celebration of the release of this fantastic new book, we are giving away a copy to one lucky blog reader! To enter, leave a comment on this post answering the question: Do you typically display your layouts or paper projects? The contest is open until noon this Friday (March 21).

Look for Show it Off!-inspired projects and more Show it Off! fun later this week.

    Happy Monday!

I am just beginning to show my scrapping off in my home. Until now my albums were available but not the individual pages. I just started a new project that I want to display. I am looking forward to finding ways to do this. Elderscrapper

I have quite a few items on display in my craft room. I've got all the Gothic Arch's I've done stuck to the wall above my desk, and I also have a bookshelf in the corner of my room where I put other pieces I don't quite know what to do with!

I don't display too many of my projects, but would love to. This book looks like it's full of great ideas! Thanks for the opportunity to win it!

I have one 12 x 12 frame that I change a few times a year to display a scrapbook page. I also have a glass door on my tv cabinet that allows my scrapbooks to be seen (sort of!)

I really should try to show more because I spend a lot of time and money on projects and I do them because they make me HAPPY. Makes sense to show them off!

I display my layouts in my entry way. I actually use a napkin holder for my recent/favorite pages (it holds a good amount). I just rotate them every so often so I always see a new one.
