Yesterday, Kentucky held its presidential primary and American Idol held its final. So there were plenty of opportunities to vote and to teach my kids about the importance of voting. However, this wasn't the best election to use as an example. My question: If you don't feel strongly about one candidate or another, even after you've taken numerous internet quizzes, should you still vote?
And, because so many people asked me who I voted for, I'll tell you...I voted for David. :)
The scrapbooking blog recently featured one of my scrapbooking pages. It's a page filled with some of my favorite shots of my oldest son as an infant. You can see it here.
These pics are obviously quite dated--my son is turning 18 this summer. I always wanted to give him some cool, handmade item for his eighteenth birthday. Something that will highlight the important moments in his life, but he won't be ashamed to show his friends. Any ideas?
