I bought some fabric from HoosierQuilter on Etsy. It's a charm pack of 4x4 squares in Thimbleberry for RJR Fabrics. Now I know these are ideal for quilting and I think I may try my hand at a small quilting project. But what else can I do with 4x4 fabric squares? What would you do with them? Help inspire me!

P.S. Please keep in mind that I am a beginner sewer so the easier the project the better!

Renee, You can cut small hearts out of the squares. Cut two of the same or different patterns, sew them together right sides together,(you can add lace for a trim), leave a small opening, stuff them with fiber fill, when you close the opening (by hand) insert a piece of ribbon or rattail for a hanger. These make lovely gifts or decorations for any gift. You can also make them for say like Chirstmas and hang them on the tree. You can make them sturdyer by inserting a piece of posterboard. These are easy to make. Happy Sewing, Kim
