It's no secret that I love hybrid scrapbooking. I love it so much that I worked with Audrey Neal to create a whole book about it! I feel so blessed to have had that opportunity- and I love looking through it now that it's finished and get re-inspired to use my computer to enhance my paper crafting. Here's a prime example.
This photo of my daughter at her birthday is not great- but it captures such a memory and fabulous moment that I wanted to give the photo itself a boost before printing. I changed some overlays from black to white (a simple thing to do- just adjust hue/saturation and lighten 100%) and then I re-sized and drug them onto the photo. What I really love about adding digital brushes and frames and such directly to photos is that you can still send them off to be printed (if you're like me and in dire need of more ink!). One fancy photo... just waiting for me to pick it up at costco and scrap it!
