Hello! Have you ever noticed yourself being drawn to a particular color or scheme of colors? For as long as I can remember I have been drawn to the color blue. Just looking through my beads tonight I got a kick out of how many variations of blue beads I have.

I've begun to think there might be some deep meaning behind this. I honestly think it means I am drawn to the ocean, more specifically the gulf coast. Is it possible that an obsession with blue, most noticeable in my beading collection, is a message from my inner self about my true direction in life? Hmm, I think that is worth exploring, what do you think?

Hello! I hope everyone had a nice President's day. Some of us were lucky enough to be off work to celebrate, which was great! In case anyone is interested, after a bit of thunder, it began blizzarding here in Westerville, Ohio this evening. What a shock! Hopefully it will not last long!

If you were wondering, my fire mountain order has not yet arrived.... I was trying not to be sad! It will just make it that much more exciting when it gets here.

Every time I heard a car or truck I had to run to the door to see if it was Fed Ex, I guess I have inherited some traits from my dogs!

Hi there! If you have visited my blog at www.abeadaday.blogspot.com you know by now I have serious bead issues. I spent a good hour this morning picking and vacuuming them up off the floor. I suppose that comes with the territory. Sadly, I tipped over a tube of seed beads AFTER cleaning the floor that still need to be picked up!!!

I wanted to mention I placed a picture of the wooden flower bead I purchased yesterday that was so cute out on the bead a day blog if you are interested in taking a look. I am hoping to use it for a bracelet project later today. First, I need to get outside for a few minutes to enjoy the 56 degree weather.
