My favorite store is Crafty Scrapper in Waxahachie, Texas.  It is located in a historical area in a big old building with an upper floor where people actually live.  It was an amazing store when it first opened 4 years ago but has doubled in size since then and is even better now.  It is a fantastic place to shop, crop and take classes.  The owner is an avid scrapbooker and makes it a priority to have progressive classes and the most current products available.  There is nothing antique about their website, it is filled with ideas, classes, crops and challenges for everyone near and far, beginner to expert.  Service is also a big plus at this store; if you visit more than once they will probably remember your name.  All the sales associates are familiar with the products and their uses, locations and prices.   It is not unusual for her customers to drive over an hour on a regular basis to participate in a crop, class or just to shop.  It is definitely worth visiting if you are ever in Texas.
