    Looking For Craft

Friday, February 1, 2008, 02:13 PM EST [General]

I'm not crafty. I can barely sew a button on or draw a straight line with a ruler.  But, with a New Year's resolution resolutely behind me, I'm going to try.  This seemed like a good place to start. So guys what's it going to be?  Knitting, painting, assemblage, beading?  You pick it and I swear I'll give it my damndest try and post the results here regardless of how terrible, appalling, amateurish or down right bad. I'll take the most received suggestion out of the first ten and be on my way to a world of crafty nirvana. Please, be gentle.

I really think you need to try assemblage. You seem like an assemblage kind of guy...

I think that you should come up with an idea to make a handmade, personalized wedding gift for your bride-to-be. With your wedding date almost a year away, you would have time to make something really amazing. Michelle would love it!

I'm voting for assemblage also. I hear that men built the whole world, so surely, a small assemblage of some sort should be easy. Right? You could even use fire (acetylene torch) to put it together!
