I began knitting about a year ago.  A lady at my church taught me the basics, and learning from her and watching Knitty Gritty, I have enjoyed it so much.  I started out with scarves, I think just about everybody does.  Then I have moved on up with trying different kinds of yarns, and have started making purses.  I have them for sale at a local flower/gift shop here in hometown.  I would like to meet other knitters out there, or any other creative/crafty peeps here to share ideas.  Drop me a line!  Check out my pics, too.
