My first blog, ever! I often wondered if any one besides me and the people who claim to love me would want to know or even care what I think or what happened during the day...I'm still wondering, but this seems like a good place to start!

For anyone who cares to read further, I'm Heather. I'm the mom of a 4 year old (Miles), wife to Joe, and a crafter who wishes she had more time in her life (or at least more energy)!

I love to cross-stich and have had the opportunity to have some of my designs published in books and magazines. I've tried my hand at knitting but so far have only been successful at knitting various square and rectangular shapes...Anyone care for a scarf? I also try to find time to scrapbook with little success. I get most of my scrapbooking done at retreats where the "call of housekeeping" can be ignored.

I better save something for later, but for now, I'll say "type at ya later"!
