Last night I found this really informative, free website.  The link will take you to the English pages,  www.independentliving.org/fashionfreaks/introeng.html . This is a Swedish website which has free patterns drafted by and for people who are wheelchair users.  The patterns are multisized, with separate categories for men and women.  The patterns are in units, i.e. front-back-sleeve and have the unique feature of each unit created for specific needs.  The instructions are easy to follow, and well-illustrated.  They are created for a wheelchair user to be able to DIY.  Patterns, instructions, and tips (very useful) are all in .pdf 

It is a credit to the Government of Sweden that they funded this program, and to the website creators that they so generously share all of their information, free,
