    GPP Street Team Crusade #18

Welcome to my first blog post!  I am writing it in response to Michelle Ward's Green Pepper Press Street Team challenge to show some stamps that I have carved.  Above are some of the stamps that I have carved in the last little while.  I made some Christmas cards with the elongated ornament, but I ran out of time.  There was some suggestion from certain directions that my ornament was oriented upside down.  The tattoo rose and heart I used for New Year's cards for those people I didn't get around to sending Christmas cards to. I ran out of time for the New Year's cards too.  The photo below shows the card punched and ready to be added to my journal.

The truth is, that by the time I sent out the tattoo card, the back actually read:

    Merry Christmas

    Happy New Year

    Happy Valentine's Day!

Below is a print made from the latest stamp I carved.  I had the image on the carving material waiting to be carved for the longest time, and finally I got around to doing the carving while watching the Oscars, which seemed appropriate.
