Welcome to my little corner of MyCraftivity.com!  I joined this group to meet other scrapbookers and crafters like myself.  I'm excited to meet all of you, and I thank you for taking the time to look at my profile!

I live in the Dallas, Texas area where I'm CEO and CFO of our family.  I'm married to Mark, and I have two children.  My eldest daughter is grown and lives on her own.  My son is in high school.  They all keep me very busy.

My favorite pastime is scrapbooking, but I also crochet, make cards and handmade soaps, and play with dozens of other crafts including beads, sewing, quilling.   This means I always have little handmade things lying around and not enough people to give them to, so I started my second business, an online partnership called Crafty Neighbor. 

Crafty Neighbor was the brainchild of my best friend and next door neighbor, Stephanie, while we sat on the porch one day, killing time.  We began by selling bath soaps and gourmet dog treats.  It has been a labor of love for many years now, and has grown to include bath salts and gift baskets, scrapbooking supplies, arts and crafts, jewelry, and we've even begun hosting our own scrapbooking retreats!  We'd really like to see the scrapbooking and retreats facet of our little business grow, especially now that so many of our favorite local stores have closed.  So if yo get a chance, drop on by, check us out, and send us a suggestion or two!  We'd love to here from you!
