Supplies...
1 - 3 inch circle (green
½ of a 2½ inch circle (red)
2 - 1 inch circles (white)
2 - ½ inch circles (black)
Ribbon for girl
Bow tie for boy

 Attach your red ½ circle mouth to the green 3 inch face of your frog.

 Attach the two black circles to the inside of your white circles and attach those to the top of your green frog face.

 Cut a 4 ½ inch strip of ribbon and knot in the centre.  Attach to the back of your frog just behind the eyes using glue dots.

 or...

 Cut out a black bow tie and attach to the bottom of your frog.
