Supplies:

Printed Paper
String
Star Template
Pencil
Scissors
Cropodile or small hole punch

Instructions:

• Print star template on cardstock, trace as many stars on your pattern paper as you'd like. I use about 9-10 stars per yard. Punch a hole in the centre of each star. If you are using your cropodile make sure to punch with the smaller hole ;)

• Trim your string (yarn or ribbon works great as well) to your desired length.

• Tie a knot in your string and lace star through. Tie another knot to keep the star in place. ...and that's it!  Super easy and pretty garland, a perfect addition to your holiday décor!

To create background...
•  I first crumpled the blue paper
•  then I flattened it out with my hands
•  and sanded the edges slightly
•  I then attached adhesive to the back
•  and attached it to my red background
•  to finish it off I used my sewing machine around the edges
(this helps to keep the edges down)

My daughter, Bre, who is 13, took all the pictures in this layout :)  I`m so blessed that she has an eye for photography :D
