My Crafts: My love of crafts comes from our always-stocked craft closet where I could explore whatever my little heart desired! I usually have little obsessions for a couple months, from sewing to scrapbooking to making purses out of strange objects. Right now, my main delight is knitting.

My Inspirations: I find my inspirations from everyday objects, patterns, color schemes, etc. that catch my attention. Usually I'll come up with a knitting pattern by studying passerby's knitted accessories. So, when I'm staring intently at you, I'm simply studying the cable design in your hat...

My Shows: Don't own a TV anymore.

My Movies: I Am Sam. Chicago. Now and Then. Connie and Carla. Juno. The Upside of Anger. Keeping the Faith. Love Actually. Crash.

My Books: The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy. Barbara Kingsolver. Jane Austen. Oh gosh, there are too many to name. I love to read and I love to collect anthologies of poems and short stories - there are always hidden jewels inside.

My Magazines: None.

My Music: I will give any music a chance, but I won't promise to like it. I'm not too picky when it comes to music.

My Occupation: Student

My Family Members: Two parents and an older sister. My sister is attending college back home in Cincinnati.

My Other Hobbies: I have been playing piano since I was eight. Other than crafts, my only hobbies are reading, writing, and Pilates, if I feel up to it.
