MC KathyThanks for the heads-up about your class at HOOT! Your rooster project sounds fantastic, and very do-able. By the way, for those of our painting friends who have not heard of HOOT, it's an acronym for "Heart of Ohio Tole" and is one of the largest regional decorative painting conventions in the US. Many of the best teachers in the country have classes there on all types of painting, plus there's a large hall with hundreds of booths selling paints, brushes, surfaces, and other goodies (bring money!). It's one of the best and most fun ways to meet other people who love doing what you love too. The HOOT convention is always in Columbus, Ohio at the Columbus Convention Center, and this year the show dates are August 14-16. See you there!
