What do knitters like (almost) as much as knitting? Sewing knitting accessories, of course. And who among us doesn't need a little bit of knititng organization? So today, we give you step-by-step instructions for making your very own knitting needle case.
The project comes from Betz White's book, Warm Fuzzies. She makes all of her projects out of felted sweaters. If you're a real over-achiever, you could certainly start from scratch by knitting a piece of sturdy fabric and felting it down. But why do that when it's so satisfying to shrink a sweater—on purpose?
Pretty cute, huh? It's also a pretty innocuous sewing project—a good one to start with.
