Angel cross stitch is incredibly popular, and this week's free project offers a real beauty.

This organza gift bag features a lovely harp-playing angel designed by Maria Diaz; it's from Cross Stitch Angels. The finished size measures 3-1⁄2" x 5" (8.7cm x 13cm) stitched on 18-count gold Lurex Aida. This design would make a beautiful holiday card, not to mention a tree ornament or gift attachment.
